About our services
Grafisign Inc. makes custom signs, printing, apparel and promotional products. This website is for information and quote requests only — we do not sell items online or publish fixed prices. Every project is priced individually in a written quotation.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and applicable taxes (GST/HST) are shown separately. A quotation is not binding until you approve it.
Approval and deposit
To start production, you approve the quotation and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. A 2% interest per month applies to overdue balances. Items remain the property of Grafisign Inc. until paid in full.
Proofs
We send a digital proof before production. Nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Please check spelling, sizes and colours carefully — we are not responsible for errors in an approved proof.
Your artwork
By uploading logos, images or files, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you agree to hold Grafisign harmless from any claim about their use.
Colours and tolerances
Printed colours may vary slightly from screens and between materials. Small variations in colour and size within normal industry tolerances are not defects.
Cancellations and returns
Because every item is custom-made, orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If you cancel before production, the deposit is refunded less any design or material costs already incurred. If an item is defective because of our error, we will repair or reprint it.
Turnaround, delivery and installation
Turnaround times are estimates that begin after proof approval and deposit. Delivery and installation are arranged at the times and fees shown on your quotation.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
