Privacy policy

Who we are

Grafisign Inc. ("Grafisign", "we") is a sign and print studio located at 100 Lancing Drive, Unit #10, Hamilton, ON L8W 3A1, Canada. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us: your name, email, phone number, company, project details (sizes, quantities, materials, deadlines) and any artwork, logos or photos you upload.

When you pay a deposit or balance: payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our website or staff.

When you browse: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and error reports, used only to keep the website working and fix problems.

Why we use it

To prepare your estimate, send proofs, quotations and invoices, produce and deliver your order, answer your questions, and keep required business and tax records. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent and emails

By submitting a quote request you consent to us contacting you about that request and your order. We will not send promotional newsletters unless you separately agree. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@grafisign.ca.

Who we share it with

Only trusted service providers that help us run the business: Microsoft 365 (email and file storage), Stripe (secure payments) and our secure website hosting. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada; they are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How we protect it

Your information is kept in access-controlled systems available only to authorized Grafisign staff, sent over encrypted connections, and protected against automated abuse.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and artwork are kept as long as needed for your project and follow-up work. Financial records such as invoices and payments are kept for at least six years as required by Canadian tax law. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact our privacy officer at contact@grafisign.ca and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows the latest version.
